Clockwork:
Los Angeles-born, New York City-based DJ/Producer Clockwork is no stranger to the world of electronic music. The young producer was one of the many 18 year olds circulating the dance music blogospehere with various bootleg remixes. But in 2011, armed with support and guidance from fellow young guns Felix Cartal and AutoErotique, Clockwork emerged from the throng of bedroom producers. His single “S quad Up”, an original track that was played out at festivals around the world, quickly caught the attention of internationally renowned DJ, and Dim Mak chief, Steve Aoki. Aoki signed Clockwork immediately, making him the youngest artist ever signed to Dim Mak’s prolific roster. Since the signing, Clockwork has officially remixed work for artists across the dance music spectrum, from Steve Aoki to Dimitri Vegas. His bootleg remix of Avicii’s notorious big room anthem “Levels” reached over 80,000 plays on Soundcloud, 2 million views on Youtube, and garnered international radio play.
Clockwork’s distinctive bass-heavy, big room sound has helped him gain support from the likes of Tiesto, Steve Angello, Laidback Luke, Steve Aoki, and everyone in between. His DJ sets are always as high energy and innovative as his productions, helping earn him an upcoming international tour as well as a spot on the line-up at the 2011 Hard Haunted Mansion Festival. With 2011 emerged the unique, big-room sounds that define Clockwork, but it truly is just the beginning. With a prolific propensity to create, a progressive production style, and a genuine love for the performance, Clockwork’s future is looking bright.
SAMO SOUND BOY
(https://www.facebook.com/SAMOSOUNDBOY)
Samo Sound Boy is a Los Angeles based producer and DJ whose powerful live sets and original productions have brought him to the forefront of today's forward-minded club scene. Having earned his chops DJing at Fugees 99, a Nigerian-owned dancehall in the south end of Buenos Aires, Samo compounded influences picked up there with a love of crunk, club, and Chicago house. The result remains a uniquely rugged but soulful sound of his own. In addition to having released an array of highly acclaimed remixes and original material, Samo started his own label, Body High, with Jerome Potter in 2011. Furthermore, the two partnered together to produce a side project under the name DJ Dodger Stadium. Moving full speed ahead as a producer, DJ, and label head, Samo is only getting started spreading his club aesthetic that Chicago journalist Dave Quam described as: "Weird, banging, and beautiful. Like a shortwave radio recording of all the best stations at once."
BONES:

There's a reason Trevor Moffitt, aka BONES, has played with many of the top names in electronic music at clubs and venues nationwide. A Gotta Dance Dirty co-owner and head DJ, BONES fuses Electro, House, Deep, Bassline, Fidget and Ghetto-tech; bringing the dirtiest noise of electronic music today into his high energy DJ sets. In part to managing one of the most popular electronic music outlets in the world, he also helps run the GDD Thursday night VERSUS party in West LA and serves as co-resident DJ at the legendary Control Fridays at Avalon in Hollywood. For 2012, BONES has been crowned new resident DJ for Steve Aoki's infamous Tuesdays @ Dim Mak Studios!
REALBOY:
What do you get when you mix the love for music and the need to dance? Realboy, consisting of Daniel Gomez and Austin Jacobson, is an eclectic look into various music styles that touch the body and make the soul groove. No matter if they're taking you back to the 50's or placing you 200 years in the future, a set from these two evokes an experience only describable with "timeless". Taking influenc e from all forms of music ranging from the likes of Benny Goodman to Daft Punk, Realboy is always on the brink of genre chopping. At the age of 20 the two founded Our House Records in San Francisco, and one year later they've proven that they're definitely here to stay. In their first year of operations Realboy have had the opportunity to play with many incredible artists including Dada Life, SebastiAn, Yuksek, Felix Cartal, Madeon, and Porter Robinson. EP's are taking shape for 2012 along with every day new live components adding to their sets. With a penchant for progress, the future for Realboy and the Our House Records family looks bright.
More event info:
The Barbary Coast was a red-light district in old San Francisco. The neighborhood quickly took on its seedy character during the California Gold Rush, and was known for gambling, prostitution and crime.
GDD™ and Harlot are bringing back the dark, gritty Barbary Coast vibe and adding in the best up and coming talent in dance music to showcase a new monthly event like no other in the city.
