Join AXIS Dance Company for Falling Up, FREE performances at the Yerba Buena Gardens in San Francisco featuring AXIS and 30 guest performers!Choreographed by Sonsheree Giles, falling up is a new site-specific work utilizing ramps and various spaces of Yerba Buena Gardens to connect art and landscape, accompanied by live music composed by Caroline Penwarden. AXIS Dance Company’s innovative ensemble of dancers with and without disabilities is a jewel of contemporary dance and disability culture, paving the way for its powerful physically integrated dance form. Commissioned by YBG Festival.
