At the first ever Autodesk Artists in Residence Art Show, you will have an opportunity to see firsthand the innovative work from the Autodesk Pier 9 Artists in Residence (AiR) program. Exhibits range from 3D printed kinetic sculptures and interactive maps to new culinary arts and large scale architectural installations. The art show and guided tours of the facilities will be open to the public free of charge.Additionally, a number of local, national and international artists, some of whom have received international acclaim for their work, will be in attendance and available for interviews. In addition, you will have the chance to hear from Autodesk about the company’s commitment to the Maker community, and why Autodesk is invested in the AiR program to encourage innovative and creative thinking.
