Description
Breathe California of the Bay Area invites you to join the Ash Kickers Program, a six-session course designed to offer strategies and support to enable participants to quit smoking in the short and long run. This program is led by health professionals, and provides a friendly, educational atmosphere for smokers. Two sessions are offered: one ranging from June 17th to July 15th, the other ranging from September 16th to October 14th. Both sessions meet on Wednesdays. There is an additional meeting on June 29th or October 2nd, respectively.More Info
