Arts Habtiat Seaside Studio at 840 Broadway Avenue. Arts Habitat recently acquired usage of 1800 SF of prime commercial space in Seaside, through a mutually beneficial arrangement with the Orosco Group, a local developer with a commitment to the arts. We are pleased to offer this mixed-use space to artists of various disciplines to create and display their art. The space is also available to Monterey County arts organizations and various non-profits to present work, offer workshops, host community building events and extend their programming reach. Priority will be given to arts organizations working within Seaside and with underserved populations across the County.  The creation of low cost studio space is at the heart of the Arts Habitat mission, and the Studio Space in Seaside allows us to begin meeting the needs of our community.
