Bay Area Currents is OAG’s annual juried exhibition showcasing the
depth and variety of inspired artists currently working in the Bay
Area art scene. This year's exhibition includes painting, sculpture,
video, drawing, print making and mixed media works.
Our juror Aimée Reed selected twelve talented artists after reviewing
over 250 submissions and going on over 20 studio visits.
Juror Aimee Reed earned her M.A. in art history at San Francisco State
University, focusing on spatial theory and the previously marginalized
artist.
