About

Artemis (named after the goddess of women’s initiation, protection in childbirth, and healing) was born out of three women’s desire to provide a community resource for the education, care and empowerment of women and their families. Our collective specialty is in supporting pregnancy and postpartum moms, providing a central location to receive care, attend classes and events, and network with others. Classical Chinese Medicine, Massage Therapy, and Chiropractic are three main treatment modalities offered at Artemis. Our practitioners are all extensively trained in their fields of expertise; and through continuing clinical education and peer review, we are always refining and cultivating our skills to insure the highest level of quality, care and commitment. Our professional membership with BABI (Bay Area Birth Information) rewards us with invaluable relationships with like-minded colleagues and clientele.
