Celebrating Sausalito’s rich artist community, the Festival will host an “Art of Parks” exhibit featuring the work of local artists from Thursday, August 20 (with a special reception at 5:30 p.m.) through Wednesday, September 9 at the Bay Model Visitor Center in Sausalito. The Festival welcomes all Sausalito-based artists to submit their paintings, sculptures, photographs, mixed media, and any creative work portraying the beauty and naturalism of national and local parks. Artists can apply now through July 30 by visiting http://www.sausalitoartfestival.com and clicking on the “Bay Model Exhibit” link.
