Ironically, many of fights have to do with a longing for connection that gets derailed. In the Art of Loving workshops, couples develop the mindfulness to learn practical skills in order to co-create a sustaining partnership based as intentional partners.

These workshops are experiential, interactive and psycho-educational, not therapy.

Couples participate in exercises that are fun and easy to use.

The Art of Loving will enhance and enrich your relationship by intentional partnership building. Honor each others' dreams even as you manage conflict. Develop a positive relationship culture of appreciation even as you negotiate differences. Learn to celebrate rituals that make your relationship unique.

As your coach, I teach you the skills you need for a meaningful and fun relationship, before you need therapy.
