Argentine Tango Classes in Concord

Argentine Tango Dance Class is being offered by the City of Concord.

To enroll: visit http://x.co/learntango or call 925-671-3404 and ask for the Argentine tango class. Cost is about $10 per 1 hour class when 5 classes are booked.

Beginning steps are reviewed at the beginning of each class to help those new to the tango get started. During this time experienced dancers are encouraged to work on proper form.

More advanced steps are introduced during the last part of the lesson so more experienced dancers can learn something new.

Advanced Patterns will include:

Leg wraps and leg crawls
Ganchos - fun moves where dancers hook their legs together
Enganches - smooth octopus-like move.
Boleos - high, low and medium leg embellishments
Leader's and Follower's Embellishments
