Description
A mock archaeological excavation for the entire family will be held at the Peralta Adobe in History | San Jose. Kids will be able to interact with the mock excavation and learn the process of screening, artifact identification and artifact reconstruction. At the end of the excavation, participating children will leave with their own passport as an official "certified" as a Junior Archaeologist.Trolley and handcar rides are also available for the young ones along with live fiddle music. The event and admission is free for the day.
