Description
Celebrate Arbor Day with the City of San Francisco!Community Clean Team will be hosting a FREE Eco-Fair and volunteer event in celebration of Arbor Day and to clean and green San Francisco. Activities for children and the whole family include green carnival games, arts and craft activities, a green bookmobile, a petting zoo, poster contest, bucket truck rides, live music and much more! The fair will take place from 9am to 12pm. Mayor Ed Lee will be speaking at the kickoff ceremony at 9am and dedicating a signature tree planting to Wangari Muta Maathai, founder of the Greenbelt Alliance. Location is at Brotherhood Way, between Arch Street and Alemany Boulevard.
Volunteering not required.
