Description
The month-long April in Santa Cruz Contemporary Music Festival continues with another concert, hosted by the UCSC Music Department. This next performance will feature the Los Angeles-based Gnarwhallaby Quartet as they perform new works by six UCSC graduate student composers. The second half of the concert will showcase the talents of visiting composer David Mahler and friends, as well as the UCSC Percussion Ensemble and the UCSC Contemporary Music Ensemble as they perform a new trio written especially for this year's festival. As usual, this concert is free and open to the public.
