Come to Kummbwa Jazz Center as they present An Evening With Van Dyke Parks. This legendary composer, arranger, producer, musician, singer, author and actor is perhaps best known for his collaborations with Brian Wilson, but is also an established solo act. Throughout his 40+ year career, Van Dyke Parks has collaborated with such artists as Phil Ochs, Grace Kelly, Delaney Bramlett, The Byrds, Loudon Wainwright III, Rufus Wainwright, Harry Nilsson, Silverchair, Ry Cooder, Joanna Newsom, Inara George, Keith Moon, Frank Zappa, and Ringo Starr. He has also released six studio albums of his own, as well as one live album.
