Sergei Eisenstein's Battleship Potemkin is considered one of history's most influential propaganda films. It was named the greatest film of all time at the Brussels World's Fair in 1958. Based on historical events, the movie tells the story of a riot at the battleship Potemkin. What started as a protest strike when the crew was given rotten meat for dinner ended in a riot. The sailors raised the red flag and tried to ignite the revolution in their home port Odessa.

Dorothy Papadakos came to international attention as organist of the world’s largest gothic cathedral, the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in NYC from 1990-2003.
