Lee Vilensky Trio - Soul/surf jazz and blues for discotheque dancing. A Bay Area side band of well travelled sidemen, The LEE VILENSKY TRIO join together to create their own curious blend of instrumentals. Former members of Pearl Harbor And The Explosions, James Cotton, Steve Miller, The Dils, The George Porter All Stars, The Billy Nayer Show, just to name a few, the trio, when left to their own devices present an eclectic melange of original and cover songs that could be the soundtrack to a spy surf movie from the 60'S.

From tales of San Francisco to tangos about seduction, she takes you through a musical journey that revisits Kurt Weill, Cole Porter, Ben Folds, and Nina Simone, while spinning out piano stylings of Liszt, Fats Waller, Bartok and Elton John. This concert will feature Bay area female vocalists interpreting her songs and stories, accompanied by Allison on the piano... it's Cabaret Nouveau!!
