Americano at Hotel Vitale celebrates Dungeness crab season with its annual Crab and Champagne Dinner. The dinner party features Executive Chef Kory Stewart’s three-course family-style menu paired with Schramsberg Sparkling Wines. The dinner starts with Heirloom Chicory Salad with Pickled Beets, Fried Walnuts, and Blue Cheese; followed by Local Dungeness Crab with Dungeness Crab Butter and Salsa Verde.
