A weather expert discusses weather modification in California and the LADWM, featuring Andrew Tholl and Archie Carey, perform the autotuned story of Charles Hatfield, an early experimental rainmaker.This event is part of Sets, three two-week projects of process-based, video and performance work by Bay Area artists Christy Chan, Chris Kallmyer and Olivia Mole.
