Description
"America the Beautiful" will give up-and-coming young artists' artwork the chance to shine and be seen. This exhibit features artwork from San Mateo County students, grades K-12. Visitors can view everything from collages to fine art and learn what inspires these young artists about America and how they interpret this country. This is an exhibition of student achievement, in which Filoli has partnered with the San Mateo County Office of Education.On Saturday, August 14, from 10am-3:30pm, Filoli will host Student Appreciation Day. All students, grades K-12, will receive complimentary admission. There will be art projects, nature hikes and other activities for the young visitors to enjoy.
