A Place for Mom's "Professionals Helping Seniors" event is an exciting networking and educational events series open to any professional or business that provides a service or product to senior citizens.Join us on July 21, 2015 in Sunnyvale with presenter Leann Emmons to learn more about the latest available resources, tips and techniques to provide the best possible care for those with Alzheimer's.
Leann is the Director of Patient Care Services for Care at Home Community Healthcare. She has over 20 years of nursing experience across the continuum of care, from adults, to pediatrics, to ICU and Home Health. She is a patient advocate dedicated to providing quality care and improvement of healthcare in the community.
