Alexander’s Steakhouse in San Francisco will host a Pio Cesare Wine Dinner on Thursday, September 13 beginning at 6:00 p.m.The $135.00 four-course prix fixe menu has been designed by Alexander San Francisco’s Chef de Cuisine Marc Zimmerman and Sommelier Johnny Slamon to allow diners to explore the interplay of the restaurant’s cuisine with stellar wines. Credit card-secured reservations are required, the price excludes tax and gratuity, the dinner will take place in the Wine Library and space is limited.
Renowned winemaker Pio Boffa will be on hand to answer questions.
