Alexander’s Steakhouse in San Francisco will host a $250.00 six-course foie gras and wine paired dinner on Friday, March 30 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Joining Alexander’s San Francisco chef Marc Zimmerman will be David Barzigan from Fifth Floor, Dominique Crenn of Atelier Crenn, Ken Frank of La Toque, Joseph Elenterio of Chez TJ, and Alexander's Pastry Chef Dan Huynh.All profits will be donated to CHEFS, the Coalition for Humane and Ethical Farming Standards. The price of the dinner excludes tax and gratuity. Reservations are required.
