Saturday, September 19th, 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. $65
Strengthen and tone muscles, from basic floor work to more advanced moves, slides, and rolls.
Master Workshop - Tricks
Saturday, September 19th, 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. $75
Emphasis on transitions, personal style, and learning tricks in combination. This class is open to all levels.
Sexy Flexy Workshop
Sunday, September 20th, 11:30 - 1:00 p.m.$60
Learn sensual and dance movement on floor and pole. Session begins with deep stretching and covers elements of dance moves and fluidity on the pole, and up / down transitions between the pole and floor.
Private & semi-private sessions
Between 10:00 -11:00 a.m. on Sunday. Additional hours may also be available.
Private Hour $130. Duet hour $150. (Email ck@poletential if you are interested.)
