Support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention by participating in the San Francisco Out of the Darkness Community Walk on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Mission Creek Park at the cross streets of Channel St and 4th St. Proceeds will benefit local and national suicide prevention and awareness programs and outreach efforts.
