We can't wait to throw down with our good friends DJ Smash and Elan and Antonio Guedes from Braza!

We are celebrating the new cd by DJ Smash called Afro Disco Edits and will have the Afrolicious DJs Pleasuremaker & Señor Oz and Drummers in the mix + surprise guests.


Afrolicious' infectious mix of classic funk, disco, Afrobeat, Latin, electronic and polyrhythmic grooves that derive from the funky Afro-diaspora brings out hundreds of the most diverse party seekers to every gig they play. The tropical and electronic beats, live drummers, live musicians, on the fly remixes and the dj brothers party rocking DJ skills and crowd pleasing antics gets every body shaking. Afrolicious has travelled many places around the globe to spread their love and passion for the music and the dance. Along the way they have honed their remix and production skills and their “sound” has even caught the attention of Rob Garza of the legendary Thievery Corporation who produced the first two Afrolicious EPs.


DJ Smash
Smash's mix of disco, house and Afro music brings dancefloors to salvation. His official remix credits include works by Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Medeski Martin & Wood, Roy Ayers, Herbie Hancock, rapper Guru's Jazzmatazz and Donald Byrd to name a few. He has music released on over 50 labels, including Motown, Blue Note, Verve, Atlantic, Sony, WEA.,and on indies such as Nu Groove, King St., Instinct, Talkin' Loud, Eight Ball, New Breed and many more and has traveled around the world spinning Disco Funk Jazz and House at clubs, festivals and concerts in Japan, Italy, Switzerland, England, Scotland, Germany, Austria, China, Russia, France, Singapore, S.Korea, Canada and of course, all over the USA.

Braza! DJs Elan and Antonio Guedes

Braza! takes their crowd on a musical trip around Brazil to explore the rhythms and sounds of Samba, Funk, Batucada, MPB, Broken Beat, Tropicália, Hip Hop, Forró, House, Boogie, Soul, Drum 'n' Bass, Disco, Jazz, Bossa Nova, and so much more this great country has to offer.
