They are known through history to take on responsibilities, in building firm foundations and excel whether it be with family or businesses, yet even to this current day we see social discrimination for women working. For several years women in the MENA region have lived under the shadows of their male counterparts or guardians however over the last decade they have received the support to voice themselves by expressing and showing the world their Leadership abilities, Organizational capabilities, Performance and skill set to progress in structured roles not just in being homemakers but Business Partners too.Realizing the importance of educating girls to make them capable to contribute to the national economic development of the country has finally opened up diverse avenues for women in the MENA region.
With growing awareness of the importance of including women in decision making roles to ensure a balanced approach towards achieving social and economic change, after running successful empowerment training's across the Middle East region BE Summits is proud to bring the “MENA Women's Empowerment & Support Conference” to Amman, Jordan on 18th May 2016.
