We have taken the hamburger and put a Filipino twist on an American classic. We proudly introduce the Adobo Connection Choy-Burger. A smoky longanisa meat patty stacked with a vine fresh tomato, lettuce, chipotle bbq sauce, and a house spicy aioli , on a traditional large toasted pan de sal bun. On the side is our signature Sisig fries, with our house spicy aioli, dusted with chicharon sprinkles, and green onions.
