Description
AcuCircle is a guided meditation/relaxation session, enhanced with ear acupuncture. The few needles in the ears 'jump start' you into the meditation, helping you to more deeply relax and get the amazing benefits of a meditation practice and acupuncture combined. The session takes about an hour from start to finish, and there's no need for any special preparation or clothing.Suitable for all levels of experience, including those who have never meditated before or couldn't sufficiently relax when they tried.
Beneficial for all health conditions aggravated by stress, such as insomnia, pain, digestive upset, headaches and many more.
