Active Arts Theatre for Young Audiences opens their fourth annual season with the swashbuckling adventure, “How I Became a Pirate,” based on the book by Melinda Long and David Shannon. Performed by a cast of renowned professional adult actors, this musical version of the American Library Association’s selection for a Notable Children’s Book Award will thrill pirates and landlubbers alike! Recommended for children ages 4+DATES: Saturdays and Sundays, October 11-12, 18-19 @ 2pm at Berkeley’s Julia Morgan Center for the Arts (2640 College Avenue)
