Description

In celebration of Black History Month, Pican is offering a four-course prix-fixe menu based on the Creole foods popularized by Leah Chase, the 89 years young grande dame of restaurant Dooky Chase. Also honoring Abby Fisher, Edna Lewis and Vertamae Smart-Grosvenor, Pican is paying tribute to African American women in the culinary field. With guest chef Sharon Anderson lending her talents to the kitchen, things are getting exciting over at Pican!
