Understand the changing nature of contemporary garden craft in this conversation among prominent California landscape architects and designers, moderated by editor and author Charlotte Frieze. Her recently published book Private Paradise: Contemporary American Gardens (Monacelli Press, 2011) launches the discussion, which is expected to explore the intersection of traditional garden design and current issues such recyclable materials, drought tolerance, and the use of native plants.
