Here's your chance to join Chef Jaimie Casey for her popular "Cheese Basics 101". Share her knowledge and passion for cheese, and learn how to buy, store, present and truly appreciate cheeses in your own home. The session will include a tutored sampling of six American artisinal cheeses that represent the diversity of cheeses available in the local markets, presented with some unique and delicious accompaniments,and paired with a flight of excellent wines.
