Description
The Oscar Nominee, Hell and Back Again, an Independent Lens production by Danfung Dennis. U. S. Marine Sergeant Nathan Harris, 25, leads his unit to fight a ghostlike enemy in Afghanistan. Wounded in battle, Harris returns to North Carolina and his young wife to fight the pain, addiction, and the terrifying normalcy of life at home.Community Cinema is a monthly screening series, September through May, that previews local and national films. Screenings are followed by a panel discussion, featured speaker, or other presentation. All screenings are free and open to the public.
