In a supportive and fun environment, you'll learn partner yoga poses, breath awareness, visualization, and massage to help relieve some of the discomforts of pregnancy and cope with the sensations that arise during labor. Your partner will learn techniques to support and assist you both physically and emotionally throughout this journey, especially during the labor and childbirth process. No yoga experience is necessary! Workshop most suitable for couples in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters and open to all partners. Feel free to bring snacks.More Info
