Description
We're having a holiday party with meteors in the sky and wine in your glass at Chabot Space and Science Center. Astronomer Conrad Jung told me that this year, the Geminids meteor shower will peak on Sunday night, 12/13/09 and it would be a good year to hang out at Chabot. I offered to bring the wine if he'd man the telescopes. After he agreed, I asked if I could bring some friends...Come celebrate stars and wine with us. Admission to the telescopes are free, and if you're on our mailing list or our Facebook fan, RSVP by 12/12/09 and your wine flight is complimentary ($5 for everyone else). Bento boxes for dinner will be available for $18 in advance or $22 during the event.
