Description

The City of Palo Alto invites you to the 91st Annual May Fête Children’s Parade on Saturday,
May 4, in downtown Palo Alto. The parade begins at 10am at the corner of Emerson and University. This year’s theme, What Will You Discover? aims to foster that love of curiosity and discovery in every child and celebrates the finding of that special activity or talent that is a child’s “spark” which unleashes their energy and joy. At 10am the parade will kick off with spirited entertainment from local marching bands, decorated hand-pulled floats, and thousands of children marching, skating, cycling, tumbling, and strolling through downtown Palo Alto. Following the parade, celebrate our community with food, music, and games at the Annual May Fair, sponsored by the Palo Alto Recreation Foundation, Museum of American Heritage and the Palo Alto Kiwanis Club until 1 p.m.
