Enjoy bacon in ways you've only dreamed about with the culinary geniuses of Bacon Bacon and other local pork connoisseurs. Learn about the philosophy behind nose to tail pig roasts and see what will surely be your first vegan pig roast, using every part of a peach—from stem to pit. View scientific illustrations of pigs, both the wild and the farmed, from the Academy’s library archives. And of course, prepare yourself for a round of Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon.
