The Aptos Farmers Market is hosting its 7th annual Home and Hearth Holiday Fair on December 7, 14, and 21 from 8 a.m. until noon.The event will feature local artisans including Copper Moon Apothecary, Jay Topping Signs, Dharma Love, Jenny Wren Designs, Second Street Cafe, Trellis and Vine, and Liz Lyons-Friedman.
