This gathering has been successful in recognizing individuals that fight to maintain a path of hope and sobriety, not only for themselves, but for their families and community.This powwow unites over 500 community members and leaders, educators, and others to address the efficacy of traditional Native American values and practices in an urban setting.This event exemplifies the beauty of Native American tradition through art, singing, dancing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
