Description
Enjoy hands-on art activities, a display of community altars, performances, food, music and storytelling for the whole family. Activities begin at the Palo Alto Art Center at 1 p.m., with a special performance by Raices de México, at 4:15 p.m. Drop by the Junior Museum and Zoo from 1-4 p.m. and also visit the Children’s Library at 2 p.m. for a performance by Cascada de Flores.Food will be available for purchase from Oaxacan Kitchen.
About Raices de México:
Raices de México, a nonprofit organization, offers classes in Mexican folklore dance, traditions, and music to children, teens, and adults through quality performances and cultural workshops.
