Prizes will be stashed among over 250,000 books, DVDs, CDs, and other media goodies on sale at the 4th Annual Spring Book Sale, April 16-20. Daily clues broadcast over Twitter and Facebook will also lead shoppers to gift certificates to SF’s best restaurants (like The State Bird Provisions and Delfina) and classic institutions (like the SF Ballet and deYoung Museum). Once the clue pops up, the search begins as shoppers put their wits to use and follow the clues to prize-filled books in the shelves. Everyone wins with all hardbacks on sale for $3, paperbacks for $2, and all other media for $1, and everything on sale for $1 on Sunday, April 20.All proceeds benefit the San Francisco Public Library.
