Since 2006, we’ve been here —holding space for people like you who want something real. 305 Yoga is not a gym. We’re a spiritual center—a space to reconnect with your body, your breath, your truth, and something bigger than yourself. Our eco-thermal shala is earthy and intentionally built for healing.
You’ll feel the fresh breeze from open windows, natural light pouring in, ceiling fans overhead, and the grounding presence of high ceilings. We dont heat or cool the shala.We welcome every body. Whether you’re a longtime yogi, starting over, healing from something, or walking in for the very first time—we got you.
