The perfect steak is easier said than well done. Luckily, Danny Murcia of Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak is offering to teach you to perfect a filet for just $65. Hosted at North Beach/Telegraph Hill’s Cookhouse, treat your taste buds to a 3-course original menu courtesy of the creative, innovative Chef Murcia.

This one-time 3 hr. culinary demonstration will lead you by the hand through the preparation of 3 amazing dishes. You’ll then get to taste each dish, all of which will be paired with wine, and learn how to prepare them along the way.

Leading the lineup is a chicory salad with bacon, caramelized onions, blue cheese snow, and drizzled cider vinaigrette.
Next up is the famous New York strip accompanied by garlic croutons, asparagus, pomme puree, and béarnaise.
A warm brownie with bourbon caramel, grilled sourdough ice cream, French toast, and walnuts will round off an evening full of culinary creativity.
