Description
Visit the San Leandro Historical Railway Society in our 116-year-old Southern Pacific Depot for our Spring Open House & Train Show! The festivities will be taking place April 18th & 19th, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm each day. Our indoor HO Scale Display and our outside G&O Gauge Garden Railway Display will both be fully operational, weather permitting. We’ll have a great bake sale with homemade goodies, a raffle with terrific prizes, and our souvenir Engineer photos for kids will be back too! We’ll also have some logo caps available for sale in limited quantities.Plan accordingly – this event is free and fun for the whole family, whether they’re train fans or local history buffs. We are still trying to raise more money to repaint our Depot, so here’s the rundown:
Bake Sale Items: 50˘ – $1.00 each, Raffle Tickets: $1.00 Each, $5 for 10, or $10 for your height in tickets, Adult Logo Baseball Caps: $12.00 each, Children’s Logo Train Engineer Caps: $5.00, Souvenir Engineer Photos: $5.00 each
