1st String Athletics

About

1st String Athletics is a non-profit aimed to enhance and increase sports/fitness opportunities for youth and adults in the Peninsula and around the SF Bay Area.



We offer sports and fitness programming for adults and youths. Some of our premier programs are our 1-on-1 volleyball coaching, NCVA Girl's and Boy's club volleyball, sport preparation program for ages 1-7, and our 7-11U volleyball program.  We also provide exceptional sport specific as well as general strength and performance training.



Our secondary goal is to offer local school system aide in finding funding resources, consulting, and coaching training to improve our local public athletic departments. We also offer internship/ work-study program for local high school and college students that are interested in gaining work experience in coaching, personal training, and sales/marketing.
