Description
The Arts Council Santa Cruz County are thrilled to present the 18th Annual Gail Rich Awards at the Rio Theatre. Gail Rich was active in a number of local arts organizations and spent several years as a member and chairperson of the Cultural Council Associates and served on the Cultural Council Board of Directors. This event is a celebration of Gail Rich's spirit, recognizing select individuals who inspire those in Santa Cruz' diverse and culturally-rich community.The 2014 honorees are:
Abra Allan (dancer, teacher, dance presenter)
Clifford Henderson & Dixie Cox (performers, teachers, writers)
Julie James (theater director)
Tobin Keller (visual artist, teacher, fashion designer)
Richard Stockton (comedian, writer, host)
Andy Zenczak (audio engineer, recording producer)
