Give Me Shelter is nonprofit cat rescue group comprised of dedicated volunteers who are committed to bettering the life of adult cats who no longer have a home to call their own. Every day adult and senior cats with treatable medical and behavior conditions are euthanized. Our goal is to rescue these cats from extreme situation and provide them with unconditional love and a second chance at a happy and long life.
We have saved thousands of cats since inception with our success rate rising year over year. We are conscious of the changing demographic in our service area due to the economy and foreclosure rates and are committed to growing and adapting our efforts to meet the emerging need. Every time you support us, you allow us to save another cat.
Our “Ten Lives” fundraiser will allow GMS to continue our efforts of a “no-kill” rescue safe -haven and adoption programs while incorporating community based educational outreach programs.
