Our dishes honor the cookery of Mexico with a focus on masa.

We hand press our tortillas using fresh, organic corm masa from La Finca in Oakland. We strive to be a farm to table kitchen and whenever possible, we use local,and organic meats, poultry and produce as well as sustainable seafood sanctioned by Monterey Bay Seafood Watch.
