Join Karen McCavitt, avid cyclist and yoga instructor for this special yoga workshop designed specifically for cyclists.

Improve strength, flexibility and endurance through selected yoga routines geared towards counterbalancing a cyclist's repetitive movements that can cause tightness and shortening of the muscles in the back, hamstrings, hip flexors.

Yoga can help achieve overall flexibility and balance in all the muscle groups.
