It's that time of year again!I know, I know ... you're shaking your head, horrified. Those people in the south will fry anything. Well I can let you know that once you’ve had a fried turkey, a dry roasted turkey will never do again. Each one is made to order with your choice of seasoning (Traditional, Cajun, or Jerk Spiced) which is injected into the turkey before frying. Our turkeys are fried in peanut oil. The result is a juicy moist bird with a crisp golden skin.
Reserve a spot for your turkey early....or order one of ours before November 21,2009.
